Au carrefour de la folk et du rock, SAND à créée son univers : SAND & Folks.
SAND pour son surnom, et Folks pour les personnes qui l'entourent et qui partagent les concerts avec elle.
Des écrits cachés dans un calepin depuis des années, c'est en faisant le connaissance du guitariste-compositeur "Neal Black" que SAND décide de les mettre en musique.
Elle va être propulsée en 2023 en tête d'affiche pour le festival "Huche n Groll".
L'envie de créer un 1er E.P lui vient naturellement. Elle fera intervenir Michaal Benjelloun pour les arrangements mélodiques,
et Neal Black pour le co-écriture de ses textes.
"SUNNY DAY" voit le jour en fin Octobre 2024, un E.P avec 6 chansons retraçant ces écrits et ces envies, mélangeant la folk, le rock, le blues et la country.
Et c'est à partir de Janvier 2025 que le tournée "Sunny day" commence". Depuis, SAND voyage entre café-concert, festival et théâtre en partageant sa musique.
ACTU 2026
Actuellement en préparation d'un premier Album, SAND va cette fois-ci se concentrer et aller chercher encore plus loin dans ces racines folk-rock qu'elle aime tant !
Un single prévu pour Mai 2026, en session live cette fois-ci, comme le tout premier single de SAND qui était "Somewhere".
Ce nouveau single va signé une toute nouvelle collaboration et pas des moindres... Arnaud Fradin (Malted Milk, Arnaud fradin & les Roots Combo) sera en featuring sur la prochaine chanson de SAND, co-écrit une nouvelle fois avec Neal Black.
Cette nouvelle aventure coche une fois de plus ce que SAND défend avant tout dans la musique, le partage !
Un savant mélange entre le blues et la folk !

BIOGRAPHY
At the intersection of folk and rock, SAND. has created her own world: SAND & Folks.
SAND is her stage name, and Folks refers to the people around her who share the stage with her.
These lyrics had been tucked away in a notebook for years, but it wasn't until SAND met the guitarist-songwriter “Neal Black” that they decided to set them to music.
In 2023, she will headline the “Huche n Groll” festival.
The desire to create her first EP came naturally to her. She enlisted Michaal Benjelloun to handle the melodic arrangements
and Neal Black to co-write her lyrics.
“SUNNY DAY” was released in late October 2024, an EP featuring six songs that capture these writings and aspirations, blending folk, rock, blues, and country.
And it was in January 2025 that the “Sunny Day” tour began. Since then, SAND has been traveling between concert venues, festivals, and theaters, sharing their music.
2026, HELL YEAH !
Currently working on her debut album, SAND is set to focus this time and delve even deeper into the folk-rock roots she loves so much!
A single is scheduled for May 2026, recorded live this time, just like SAND’s very first single, “Somewhere.”
This new single will feature a brand-new collaboration—and not just any collaboration... Arnaud Fradin (Malted Milk, Arnaud Fradin & Les Roots Combo) will be featured on SAND’s next song, co-written once again with Neal Black.
This new adventure once again embodies what SAND stands for above all in music: sharing! A masterful blend of blues and folk!
